Agreement to Terms

Our Services

Your Business Name provides online coaching, educational programs, digital courses, group masterminds, and related resources designed to help coaches build and grow their businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching programs and strategy sessions
  • Group mastermind programs and community membership
  • Self-paced online courses and educational content
  • Digital downloads including templates, guides, and workbooks
  • VIP intensive strategy days and workshops
  • Free resources, newsletters, and blog content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

No Guarantee of Results

Our programs are educational in nature. While our clients have achieved remarkable results, we cannot and do not guarantee specific income outcomes, business results, or success. Your results will depend on your effort, commitment, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

 

Purchases & Payments

All prices for our products and services are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of checkout or as specified in any payment plan arrangement.

Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the program until payment is received. Failure to complete payments on a plan does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction. Prices shown may not include applicable sales tax or VAT, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from all future purchases and programs.

 

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs and want you to feel confident in your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:

Digital Courses & Self-Paced Programs
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of self-paced courses, digital downloads, and templates are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. We encourage you to review all sales page information carefully before purchasing.

1:1 Coaching Programs
A 7-day refund window applies from the date of enrolment, provided no coaching sessions have been delivered. Once sessions commence, payments are non-refundable. If you need to pause or cancel mid-program, please contact us — we handle all situations with care and compassion.

Group Programs
Refunds for group mastermind programs are available within 14 days of the program start date, provided you have attended no more than one session. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

Not Happy? Before requesting a refund, please reach out to hello@your-website.com. We will always do our best to make things right.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video content, audio recordings, course materials, worksheets, scripts, and templates — is the exclusive property of Farrah | Online Coach and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What You May Do

  • Access and use program materials for your own personal business development
  • Reference concepts and strategies you've learned in your own coaching practice
  • Share publicly available content (such as blog posts) with proper attribution

What You May Not Do

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course materials or program content
  • Share your login credentials or course access with others
  • Claim our frameworks, scripts, or methodologies as your own original work
  • Create derivative works based on our content without written permission

Violations of our intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

 

User Conduct

By participating in our programs, community spaces, and using our website, you agree to conduct yourself with respect, integrity, and professionalism. You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other community members, clients, or our team
  • Post spam, self-promotional content, or irrelevant links in community spaces
  • Share offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content of any kind
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Use our platforms for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

We reserve the right to remove any user from our programs or community spaces for conduct we deem harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms — without refund. 

 

Disclaimer

The information and content provided through our website, programs, and services is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we share constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial or business decisions.

Our programs share strategies and frameworks that have worked for us and our clients. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information provided for your specific circumstances.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farrah | Online Coach and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farrah | Online Coach and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
